Sheridan Swallow is a shareholder and non-executive Director. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and, as well as holding a practicing certificate, has extensive experience in the financial management of businesses ranging from start-ups to public companies.
He has been instrumental in guiding major businesses through acquisition, growth and realisation and prior to joining Systematix has been a non-executive director of a leading national hardware support company as well as of a specialised software company.
In addition he has in the past acted as interim Finance Director for a software development company providing monitoring systems to large multi-site users and for an EPOS supplier which provided assembly, delivery and installation services to national retailers.
