The Technical Services Manager, Matt started his career in 1994 as a junior support analyst for a well known opticians before moving to a similar position working for a large courier company. Following this Matt moved to Persimmon, the largest house builder in the UK as IT Services Senior Analyst.
In 2008 Matt joined Systematix where he currently has responsibility for the smooth running of the technical services we provide to clients including the sysCARE™ Helpdesk and making sure that all SLA's are met and that client expectations are fulfilled.
